'Defer implementation of criminal laws'

In a letter to Modi, the TMC chief expressed "grave concern" over the impending implementation of the three laws - The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNA) 2023, The Bharatiya Sakshya Act (BSA) 2023, and The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) 2023.

In her letter, Banerjee said the three bills were hurriedly passed in Lok Sabha when 146 MPs were suspended.
