BURGLED THEIR HOME - THEN RANG FROM PRISON SAYING 'SORT IT OUT'
A BURGLAR son tried to convince his parents to drop the statement against him and 'sort the charge out'.
John West called his parents from Holme House Prison where he asked his father to “drop the statement” as he was “going to get four years”.
The call was made after he burgled his parents home during the cover of darkness on February 25, Teesside Crown Court heard.
Shaun Dryden, prosecuting, said on Friday, August 1: “[The evidence is from] a transcript of a phone call made from Holme House.
