Byju's, the edtech firm, is reportedly informing employees of their termination over the phone and dismissing them without observing the notice period, according to sources cited by Moneycontrol.com.
Employees are said to be receiving follow-up emails stating, "Your employment with Think and Learn Pvt Ltd [the parent company of Byju's] will cease on March 31, 2024.
