THE yoga teacher stabbed by the Southport killer was “let down” by organisations which should keep the public safe, the public inquiry heard.

Leanne Lucas, who was wounded in the attack, was due to give evidence yesterday but the hearing was told she was not well enough and a summary was read out instead.
