Password tip to beat Al fraud menace

PEOPLE should create secret passwords with family and friends to identify if they are interacting with an Al-generated deepfake impersonation, a cyber security expert has said.

Cody Barrow, head of cyber security firm EclecticIQ, said AI has made such scams easier.

He said: "AI is huge. It's not just hype. It's very easy to dismiss it as such, but it's really not.

"My wife and I have created a secret code we use that only the real me or her would know.
