O'HARA FIGHTING TO BE FIT FOR FINAL

Ongoing footinjury causing concern for Robinson

Stephen Robinson yesterday admitted Mark O'Hara faces a race against time to be fit for the Premier Sports Cup Final.

The Buddies skipper has been ruled out of this afternoon’s Premiership visit of Dundee United with an ongoing foot injury.

O'Hara hasn't featured for Saints since being part of the team which beat Motherwell 4-1 at Hampden in last month's cup semi.

And Paisley chief Robbo says it will be back to the drawing board in terms of his rehabilitation if the 29-year-old doesn’t improve in the coming days.

“Mark won't be available,” Robbo said.

“If Mark doesn’t improve by next week, we'll have to look at getting him re-seen by the specialist.

“We've tried a noninvasive approach, which is the right thing to do.
