Harriers ladies win team prize in annual road race

It was a phenomenal day of running in Preston at the weekend.
On Sunday, the sunshine made a welcome appearance for Preston Harriers' 43rd annual road race, with 247 competitors flying through the 10-mile distance and 64 avid runners racing five miles.
In the 10-mile event, the champion and first place position went to Luke Edwards from Bolton United Harriers with a staggering 51:08.
In second place, Chris Williams from Vale Royal AC finished in 52:06 and in third place was Maruyama Ryusei from Wakayama University with 52:41.
