RACHEL Reeves last night blamed her letting agent for her renting scandal.

The Chancellor yesterday shared emails showing the firm agreed to apply for a licence on her behalf, but failed to do so.

Agency Harvey Wheeler said the employee responsible for sorting it “suddenly resigned” and did not hand over the task.
