SIR Keir Starmer buttered up Donald Trump last night by offering him an "unprecedented" second state visit to Britain.

The PM is planning to roll out the red carpet yet again for the Orange Manbaby as he tries to cosy up to him to safeguard Europe from Mad Vlad Putin and help Britain avoid crippling trade tariffs.

Sir Keir handed Trump a personal letter from King Charles inviting him for a full-on pomp and ceremony visit in the "near future", which the PM called "truly historic" and "unprecedented".
