Death of close pals is 'like losing an arm'

AFTERMATH Inside German bank vault

It is understood Joshua was seated behind the driver, along with another passenger, when the crash occurred.

Joshua's injuries have been described as “minor” after some initial reports that they were more serious. According to reports in Nigeria, he was taken to hospital sitting up in a police truck as no ambulances were available, having earlier been hauled from the mangled car and taken past the bodies of his pals.

Sina and Latif, known as Latz, were on holiday with Joshua when the crash happened.

They are believed to have also been alongside him in Miami on December 19, when he successfully knocked out YouTuber Jake Paul, 28, in a £70million bout.

Speaking about AJ, Lindsey, from Edgware, North London, added: "I think he'll retire. I don't think he can possibly go on without them.

"I may be mistaken, but let's just hope he's OK physically and mentally."
