BRENDON MCCULLUM could be on a collision course with the ECB as the fallout from England’s Ashes debacle rumbles on.

A five-wicket defeat in Sydney closed the book on a dreadful tour as England went down 4-1.

ECB chief Richard Gould has already said a formal review will cover “tour planning and preparation, individual performance and behaviours, and our ability to adapt and respond effectively”. He added: “We will implement the necessary changes over the coming months.”
