Controversial star storms out of Strictly interview after posts about how he 'can't be bought' and refuses to 'say things to keep people happy'

TOM Skinner's Strictly Come Dancing career got off on the wrong foot when he waltzed out of a pre-show press conference.

The Apprentice star, 34, now best known for his social media posts, stormed off after a reporter began recording the interview.

Earlier he had cryptically told fans: "I cannot be bought. I won't say things just to keep people happy like others do. I am not a weathercock who changes opinions to gain clout like others you see online or social media.

"I'll say what I believe in, even when it's not easy. Because that's what we need more of in today's world."

The dad of three had arrived for the chat with fellow contestant, former footballer Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.
