SUNDERLAND boss Regis Le Bris is pleased with the state of his squad as transfer deadline day looms.

On their Premier League return, the Black Cats have strengthened their side with 12 summer signings and Le Bris (right) praised the "positive" energy from the new arrivals.

"We still have one or two positions (we could strengthen), but I am happy with the squad right now," Le Bris said.
