LIAM Storer and the familiar face of Ryan King are the latest two arrivals for Andy Gray's new Gresley Rovers squad.

King, Storer are on board after defeat in Nailers friendly

Storer is a defender who, like a lot of the squad, had played under Gray before.

"Having assessed the areas we needed to strengthen, I'm absolutely over the moon that Liam has decided to join us," said Gray.

"He reminds me of myself as a player and a person. He wears his heart on his sleeve and, once invested, he's 100% committed week in, week out.

"Liam is a solid centre-half who also has the versatility to play at left or right fullback."

Storer said: "I'm excited to be joining back up with Andy and Pete (Dunn) at a club with such a great history and strong community

"I give my all every time I cross that white line and I'm hoping this can help the club to achieve its ambitions this season."

Winger King first signed for Gresley as long ago as 2014 and has also had spells with Matlock Town, Belper Town and Stapenhill.

"Ryan has been involved with the club on and off for several years now," said Gray.
