£1.9m boost will 'expand GP surgery'

PRACTICE WILL ADD THREE NEW CLINICAL TRIAGE ROOMS
A GP surgery in Swadlincote is set to benefit from £1.9 million awarded to practices in Derby and Derbyshire.
The Department of Health and Social Care has announced a total investment of more than £100 million in 1,000 GP surgeries to create additional space to see more patients, boost productivity and improve care.
Of that £100 million, £1.9m has been allocated to provide more clinical rooms and space to see patients at practices in Derby and Derbyshire.
