DEVELOPERS WILL INSTEAD PAY TOWARDS 'EXISTING PRACTICES'
A PLANNED 950-home development in East Staffordshire will no longer include a doctors’ surgery as originally proposed, a new report has suggested.
Instead, developers are being advised to make financial contributions to existing nearby medical facilities
In October 2024, the borough council unanimously approved plans for an additional 190 homes on Upper Outwoods Farm, bringing the total number of houses to 950.
The proposal included plans for a local centre and a new primary school, which are still being finalised.
