North Warwickshire ‘most hazardous place to work’

Birmingham Mail

September 08, 2025

NEW research has revealed that North Warwickshire could be the most hazardous place to work in the UK, reporting the highest rate of nonfatal work-related injuries for the year 2023-24.

The findings come from a new analysis of Office for National Statistics (ONS) data by health and safety consultancy Rhino Safety.

It used RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations) data from more than 300 local authorities to identify which recorded the most work-related injuries between 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.
