A PERSONAL trainer from Accrington has placed as fifth in the world at the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) World Championships.

Ryan Savage represented Great Britain at the event in Los Angeles, which is the biggest natural bodybuilding event in the world.
He placed fifth in the men’s open bodybuilding light heavyweight class in the amateur part of the competition.
More than 60 different countries competed at this year's world championships and there were more than 320 competitors on the day.
