Fish Tacos with Tangy Citrus Salsa

½ ruby red grapefruit
2 clementines
½ jalapeño, seeded and thinly sliced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Kosher salt
1¼ lbs cod or other skinless white fish fillets, cut into 1-in. pieces
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper
8 corn tortillas, warmed
1 avocado, cut into ½-in. pieces

1. Grate 1 tsp each grapefruit zest and clementine zest into small bowl and set aside.

2. Remove and discard rind and pith from grapefruit and clementines; slice flesh into quarters, then crosswise ¼ in. thick; transfer to large bowl. Add jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and ½ tsp salt and gently toss.

3. Heat air fryer to 400°F. In medium bowl, toss fish with oil, chili powder, cayenne, and ½ tsp salt. Scatter into air fryer basket in even layer and air-fry until golden and opaque throughout, 5 to 6 min. Sprinkle reserved zest over fish.

4. Serve fish in tortillas topped with citrus salsa and avocado. Drizzle with any juices from salsa.
