You established The Playground, a virtual studio and library where you teach yoga and movement to students all over the world using a clever, amusing, and ever-evolving methodology. How much has it helped women in their lives?

My On Demand library, The Playground, has patrons of all ages. We are especially appreciative of the several women (and males) who are long past the age of 50. They are active individuals who, no of their age, desire to continue doing the things they enjoy. They are extraordinary individuals who have blazed new paths in life and are wise beyond their years. I am extremely appreciative of this neighbourhood. We help one another, and help is a strong thing.

I definitely believe that leading a more sedentary lifestyle can have a significant role in the development of back pain, arthritis, and other common health problems. Simply put, a lot of individuals aren't as active as they once were.
