Here are five simple, science-backed, soul-approved ways to start outsmarting cancer before it ever starts.
REST AND REPAIR
Everyone talks about sleep, but not nearly enough about repair. Your body isn’t resting when you're asleep, it’s hard at work. Every night it repairs DNA, cleans up cellular damage, and rebuilds your immune defenses. The question is: are you giving it the energy to do that? Here’s a secret most people never consider. Up to 20 percent of your daily energy is spent just digesting food. Every late-night snack pulls that energy away from healing. Give your body the edge. Create a 12-hour window where you don't eat. If you finish dinner at 8 p.m., don’t eat again until 8 a.m. That fasting rhythm gives your system uninterrupted time to repair, detoxify, and restore. It’s simple, it’s free, and disease absolutely hates it.
