A Dead Pilot Walking?

Elvis the pilot’s days are numbered when he tries to blackmail Lindiwe into marrying him.

There’s an unwritten rule that everyone in Refilwe Township and the surrounding suburbs adheres to: never cross mining tycoon Lindiwe Dlamini-Dikana (Sindi Dlathu). If history teaches us anything at all, it’s that her rivals wind up six feet under, without their toes and limbs. She’s that evil. But pilot Elvis Baloyi (Mzwandile Ngubeni, Vuyo in drama series Umlilo, 2015-2016) completely missed the memo when he flew into town, and he has been ruffling Lindiwe’s feathers since season 4 started at the end of February

He stormed into Lindiwe’s office and told her that he was flying the helicopter that Lindiwe shot out of the sky, leading to her daughter Tumi’s (Larona Moagi) death. “Elvis gives Lindiwe an ultimatum: divorce your police commissioner husband Zweli (Hlomla Dandala) and marry me. Or else I’ll bring your deadly secret to light,” explains Mzwandile. Lindiwe turns his marriage proposal down and offers Elvis millions as an alternative. But the pilot is sticking to his guns. “Elvis is playing a dangerous game and he is pushing his luck. He won’t back down until Lindiwe agrees to become Mrs Baloyi,” reveals the actor.
