Ultra productivity requires time and effort, but it pays dividends beyond just financial health.
Ultra productivity and efficiency are not about luck or talent, but about continuous and relentless efforts to design, implement, and improve systems and processes that, over a period of time, create a better individual or leading organisation. All fast-moving startups and organisations realise that it is not about having more resources, but about the best utilisation of resources that can give them an edge in this competitive economy, hence the drive to keep developing ideas that can improve individual productivity. One such individual idea, when applied across the organisation, can multiply productivity.
Here are 12 productivity hacks that can shorten your journey to excellence and take your organisation to the next level.
Primary daily actions (PDA) PDA (Primary Daily Actions) is a simple, yet powerful, concept that I introduced in my book, Be a Network Marketing Millionaire, and since then it has transformed many individuals. It is a simple prioritisation system wherein you identify the three most result-producing actions and commit yourself to doing them every day. These actions are your PDA. You have the liberty to do everything you want to do in your day, provided you complete your PDAs for the day.
We all get more meetings and phone calls than we can handle. We always have more work to do than we can finish. Hence, our intense focus on our key tasks is the only way to be productive. PDAs take care of it and keep you ultra productive in the middle of so much work.
Identify your PDAs and discipline yourself to do your PDAs every single day.
High performance slot A High-performance slot is 45 to 90 minutes of focused and uninterrupted working on a single task. Whatever your schedule, getting two to four high performance slots per day can take your productivity to the next level.

Rethink your brand playbook
Are you tired of trying to convince people that your brand, product, or service is for them? It is frustrating when marketing does not seem to be working as well as you'd hope. When you wish more people knew how great your offering is and feel compelled to bring it into their life.
