Yet, beyond the euphoria, the real challenge lies in prudent management of the proceeds. This is not a moment for celebration alone but for reflection and strategic action. The government must ensure that every borrowed dollar translates into tangible infrastructure, productive investments, and inclusive growth rather than recurring expenditure.

Investor confidence, while encouraging, is fragile. Sustaining it will require transparency, consistency in policy direction, and decisive responses to geopolitical and domestic security concerns.
