YouTube's Dr. Eric Berg reveals the 3-ingredient meal secret that targets your middle and helps melt up to 22 lbs in 9 days*

Doctor's Rx for meno-belly

It's no surprise to hear that a YouTube video called "Burn Belly Fat Extremely Fast" quickly racked up over 11 million views. Here's what you might not expect: Women tell us that strategies from the viral recording not only work, they actually get rid of the extra-stubborn ab flab that accumulates as we hit menopause. "You can be very successful right from the beginning," confirms the video creator and bestselling Healthy Keto Plan author Eric Berg, DC. In fact, his devotees-including tens of thousands of women over age 50-shed up to 2.5 pounds a day as their tummies disappear

Why is belly fat so darn hard to lose? Dr. Berg says we can blame frequent blood-sugar spikes caused by sugary and starchy foods. Over time, these spikes damage cells until they struggle to use sugar as fuel. "If you can't burn blood. sugar, the hormone insulin is programmed to store it as abdominal fat," he shares. In other words, your belly gets the sugar as your cells go hungry.

As if that weren't bad enough, hungry cells trigger carb cravings so you'll make more blood sugar. "We also make more and more insulin, which tries to force blood sugar into cells,' the doc notes. "But damaged cells stop responding to insulin." You end up with loads of excess sugar that turns to loads of belly fat.

"Hormonal shifts during menopause can worsen these issues and raise levels of belly-fattening stress hormones," Dr. Berg adds. That's not all: "You can't burn fat when you're making extra insulin." Basically, we keep packing on unburnable ab flab-unless we try Dr. Berg's gentle hacks...
