I'm very lucky that we have a tight extended family. We live side by side in the countryside and can get to each other's houses across fields. We also have a strong friendship network, which is super important.

I think you need to surround yourself with sunny people but that doesn't mean avoiding your friends who are a little bit cloudier. It's even more important to help share that sunshine with them.
