Cheryl's biggest winter workout tip is doing it in the comfort of your own home. The former X Factor judge, 42, enjoys taking online Pilates classes, explaining, 'I prefer mat Pilates to reformer because I can do it at home and it's less hassle. I follow classes by Move With Nicole on YouTube. She's an Australian girl who is really calm and peaceful.' The star is also a big fan of meditation, saying, 'It's life-changing. It makes you more peaceful and happy.'
