Lorraine 'SPREADS HER WINGS'

Amid huge changes at ITV, the legendary daytime star may have found a new role on Channel 4

Lorraine Kelly's eponymous ITV morning show is arguably one of the most affected by changes coming to the channel in the new year. In addition to cuts to its air time, it's having a new home, rumoured to be in central London - away from its current location in the Television Centre in White City.

All of this is said to have understandably upset Lorraine, 65 – but she may have begun to get some future clarity, thanks to a brand new travel show she has reportedly signed up to do for rival Channel 4.

Travelling is a favourite pastime of hers.

Earlier in the summer, the Scottish star is said to have headed to Norway for filming. A source said it was 'exciting' for her to be 'back on location', and Channel 4 is also said to be pleased to have her on board.

Brand and culture expert Nick Ede tells Woman, 'Lorraine doing a travel show for Channel 4 is a very exciting prospect for her. She loves to travel and is a very seasoned presenter, and viewers will relish seeing her in surroundings other than her Lorraine set.
