I would say absolutely not! When Harry and Meghan were working royals, there was a definite rivalry between the two couples.
As the more senior in the pecking order, William (and Kate) got first dibs when it came to which causes were chosen and which dates he wanted his public engagements or announcements to fall on.
When it was just him, Kate and Harry this didn’t really cause much of an issue.
Harry accepted the status quo and would often do engagements with his brother and sister-in-law, particularly when it came to promoting issues such as mental health for their joint Royal Foundation.
