Kate credited spending time outdoors with ‘helping her heal’ following her cancer diagnosis. During visits to Fakenham Garden Centre, close to the Wales’ country retreat Anmer Hall, the princess has been spotted shopping for plants and herbs. Her children often join her, too. ‘They love it. It’s such a great space for children and families to come to garden centres,’ she said.

She may be associated with Hollywood glamour, but Pamela isn’t afraid of getting her hands dirty! Since moving to the countryside, the model and actor, 58, has taken up gardening and now loves to grow her own produce. ‘We get to feed a lot of food banks, soup kitchens, churches, neighbours, and family and friends,’ she revealed. Pammy added that the hobby helped her ‘find myself again’.
