SERVES 2 PREP + COOK TIME 25 MINUTES
185g can tuna in chilli oil
1 slice sourdough bread, torn into small pieces
2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan
120g green pitted marinated olives, chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
finely grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
