The Princess of Wales is finding it hard to come to terms with the fact Prince Louis, who celebrated his birthday on April 23, is growing up so fast. She told other mums on an official engagement, “I keep thinking Louis is a baby but he is a big boy now.” She added that it felt like “just yesterday” that he was an infant.
