As someone who has been a social worker, mother, wife and divorcee I have been around the block a few times. I'm humbled to answer your questions and feel that if a problem can be shared it can be halved - at the very least.

My Son Shows No Signs Of Leaving Home Again

My with us during the first moved back in lockdown as he was working from home in London and didn't see the point in paying rent. He's still here and shows no signs of leaving. I love my son very much, of course, but that doesn't mean I want a 30-year-old man living in my home. He is clean and tidy, but I feel my husband and I have done our parenting duties, this is our time, and I want to enjoy it. How can I tell my son that it's time to move on without hurting his feelings? Is there anything practical I could do?

This may come as a surprise to him, since he has not offered to pay rent before
