2022 was the "Year of AI," with a McKinsey Global Survey suggesting adoption has doubled since 2017. With brands offering access to mind-blowing tech, platforms like ChatGPT and Dall-E are now household names, introducing us to a new world of creativity and possibility.

OpenAI: Blurring the lines between machines and humans

CHANGING THE WAY WE SPEAK - AND WRITE - WITH CHATBOTS

If you've spent any time on TikTok over the past two months, the chances are that you've heard of artificial intelligence chatbots like ChatGPT, which OpenAI developed. The tool was even praised by Twitter CEO Elon Musk, who wrote, "ChatGPT is scary good. We're not far from dangerously strong AI" in December 2022 after the software went viral online. The software allows users to type questions using natural language and receive conversational responses, which are generated using vast amounts of information gathered from the FR inters internet. Think of it as Google but taken up a notch - you can have real conversations with the robot and expect natural, content-rich answers. One of the unique features of ChatGPT is its ability to remember the previous exchanges in a conversation and use them to inform its future responses, changing the way we talk with computers and opening up new possibilities for the future. Chatbots with AI can maintain a coherent conversation threaden n and provide more relevant answers to followup questions. In the months and years to come, we'll no doubt see companies such as Google and Microsoft integrate more of these humanized, Al-heavy experiences into their search engines. There are, of course, significant possibilities and opportunities for brands looking to do the same.

Of course, it's important to remember that ChatGPT is not omniscient and cannot replace humans, but what's most interesting is that it has demonstrated the ability to be creative and provide seemingly authoritative answers.
