DJI's Mini 3 Pro was the first sub-250g drone where camera performance didn't feel like a huge compromise. It also flies like a dream and has a bundle of safety features. But what if it's just a little too rich for your blood? Enter the Mini 3, which strips back a number of features but costs a lot less.

Folded up, you'll fit the Mini 3 into a coat pocket, and being under 250g means you can fly it in places where heavier drones are banned. But it's still sturdily built, as is the twin-stick remote that connects to your phone. The premium RC controller has its own touchscreen, but adds £150.
