Dell Pro 32 Plus QHD USB-C Hub Monitor (P3225DE)

|October 2025
A solid-value 32in monitor geared towards hybrid workers and office rollouts thanks to its superb hub
Once you understand Dell’s way of thinking, it's easy to navigate its monitor range. The “Pro” indicates this is a business targeted product, the “Plus” that quality will be good but not great.
Within its Dell Pro Plus monitor range, you can easily jump between sizes (14in up to 55in), and if you select the 32in version as here then you have the choice of a QHD (2,560 x 1,440) or UHD (3,840 x 2,160) panel.
Choosing the latter increases the price to £550 inc VAT, and you'll definitely notice the sharper image if you do. It increases the dpi from 93 to 140, and in daily use I noticed a lack of sharpness around text. In terms of productivity, I found it pushed me towards working with two windows side by side rather than having three in view - hardly a disaster, but I was glad to return to a 4K 32in monitor.
