DhaSh PV introduces 2000 VDC Junction Box, expands DC cable capacity
EPR Magazine (Electrical & Power Review)
|December 2025
The firm is establishing one of the largest NABL-accredited component manufacturing labs, which will go beyond conventional quality testing to evaluate long-term field performance.
The in-house design and development capabilities are the USP of DhaSh PV. Bhupendra Singh Rawat shares more in talks with EPR. Let us hear him.
How does your comprehensive quality approach contribute to market leadership in solar components?
While everyone talks about quality, at DhaSh PV, we define it comprehensively as incoming quality, process quality, and finished goods quality. All our product lines and processes are designed with best-in-class standards. We have complete setups for inline testing at every stage of production. Moreover, we are establishing a dedicated reliability lab, one of the largest NABL-accredited component manufacturing labs, which will go beyond conventional quality testing to evaluate long-term field performance.
Every new product and even raw material inducted into production undergoes extensive life-cycle and reliability tests. This process is integral to DhaSh PV's operations and is a key reason we are the market leaders in junction boxes. By next year, we are confident that we will achieve similar leadership in interconnect busbars as well.
How is DhaSh PV collaborating with policymakers?
