Wirral fly-half Mark Williams scored two tries and eight conversions in a man-of-the-match performance as Christian Jones’ side made in two home wins in two weeks.
Full-back Ciaran Connolly also got a brace while replacement centre George Cole grabbed a hat-trick.
Outside centre Ben Lewis scored a try and two conversions, with further tries from hooker Joe Sanders, winger James Wolfenden, scrum-half Archie Iddon and wing Rory Austin.
Durham scored two tries by Ethan Renwick and Luke Redfern.
