I once asked Katie Archibald for some words of wisdom for a junior rider.

Katie is an intelligent person, so I was expecting some profound, inspirational words. To my surprise, she replied quite simply, “Low expectations.” I'll be honest, at the time it wasn’t quite what I was hoping for, but it has stuck with me, and I’m starting to think she has a point.
