The game was broadly well received across platforms, earning 8/10 from Official Xbox 360 and 7/10 from X-360, 7/10 from games™ and 72% from Play for the PS2 version, and 80% in PC Gamer.

The Nintendo DS continued to impress, with Metroid Prime: Hunters earning 93% from Nintendo: The Official Magazine, 90% from NGC, 8/10 from games™, and 8/10 from Edge. The control system may have induced a particular cramp nicknamed

It's-a me, Pauline!

My daughter turned 16 this year, which means I've officially entered the stage of parenthood where anything I say is answered with eye-rolling. It also means I've been thinking a lot about when she was small - specifically the time she inadvertently sent me on one of the strangest, most meaningful missions of my life.
