ELDEN RING: NIGHTREIGN

In Everdark Libra, I've finally met my match

I've put over 160 hours into Elden Ring: Nightreign. I've completed all the remembrance quests, secured all the achievements and easily defeated all the Nightlords and their Everdark counterparts, well, all except one.

Everdark Libra is the latest edition to Nightreign, and he has lived up to all of my expectations. Being one of the hardest Nightlords, I was hoping to be presented with another challenging experience after waves of slightly underwhelming Everdark Sovereigns. These were meant to be the souped-up versions of the plain old Nightlords with a new third phase and even harder abilities, but I didn’t find any of the others very hard.

So the first time I walked into Everdark Libra’s boss room, I was expecting a tricky fight, but nothing too different from his original form, which I have managed to beat many times. The underestimation killed me.

I had already heard that Everdark Libra was a step up from the rest and that he could summon condemned versions of all the players to fight by his side as that battle commences, but my experience was even more chaotic than I could have ever imagined.
