She started taking photos professionally two years ago; her specialty is in the black and white style for drawing the viewer's attention to the photo's story. All photographs are taken in Tehran, her home base, despite the strict ban on photography in various city areas.
Goli tries to capture the moment and create a fantastic atmosphere in the urban space while taking a walk in the city, hunting the moment.
Sara Goli was awarded many international photography awards, including the first-place winner in the Architecture category at the section in Siena Awards 2022, The LUMICROMA exhibition 2022 with a unique selection of photos, 3rd place in the 8th edition of the Fine art photo awards 2021, and in the SONY 2022 Award, Shortlisted in the Portfolio section among others. In addition, her beautiful work has been published in international fine art photography and architecture magazine around the globe.
