Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr. told reporters about the said possibility during a ceremonial signing event of the DA with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in Pasig City on Monday.
The entities formalized the partnership to hold the Hand-in-Hand National Investment Forum 2026 next month which seeks to attract global investors to venture into various projects across farming, fisheries and rural infrastructure.
