Waxing lyrical: New mural celebrates famous musician

A new mural has appeared on the side of Hyde Park Picture House, celebrating one of Leeds's most world-renowned musicians.
New mural in Hyde Park, Leeds, behind Hyde Park Picture house, on Queen Road, Leeds, for the world famous DJ George Evelyn.
Nightmares on Wax - otherwise known as George Evelyn - has released his latest album, which is a love letter to the Leeds music scene.
The picture house was chosen as it represents one of the few formative venues in the musician's youth still standing today.
A mural dedicated to George has been completed on the side of Hyde Park Picture House, in honour of his history in the city.
