Wakefield mum-of-three succeeds in transforming personal struggle into national empire for women everywhere

When Rose Gibson looked around her home in Wakefield, juggling three young children and the weight of career guilt, she knew something had to change.

- Rose Gibson

Torn between wanting to stay present for her children and the pressure to keep building her professional life, she felt trapped. "I was exhausted and frustrated," Rose recalls. "Every decision came with guilt, if I stayed at work, I felt I was letting my children down. If I stayed home, I worried about finances and the path I'd sacrificed."But from that bitterness rose a bold vision: a business built around motherhood, not in spite ofit.

What began as a humble local class has become Baby-Beats, a national, women led franchise transforming how mums step back into work.
