Speed limit cut as £44m work goes on

Drivers will have to cut their speed as the latest work on the Stanningley Bypass gets under way.

As part of the ongoing resurfacing work, from Monday until Tuesday August 26, a 30mph speed limit will be in force along the southbound carriageway of the A647 Ring Road in Pudsey. It is part of the £44.179m Dawsons Corner improvement scheme.

The work, on the southbound carriageway, will represent the final stage of four weeks of road repairs and resurfacing on the key city bypass.
