According to the Evening Standard, both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in a potential move for Brentford skipper Christian Nørgaard, despite the fact that he only signed a new two-year contract in March.

New Spurs boss Thomas Frank is “keen” on a reunion with his old captain, but “will face competition” from the Gunners if Thomas Partey doesn’t sign a new deal at the Emirates. Talks over such a deal have stalled, it’s said, making it likely that Arsenal will be on the lookout for a replacement.
