New safety works rolled out at school

A host of safety improvements have been completed outside a primary school in Leeds.

Developed in response to concerns from local people about children’s safety, the Leeds City Council-run team at Connecting Leeds have now completed a series of works outside Bankside Primary School in Shepherds Lane, Harehills.
The safety improvements include a new one-way system, humped zebra crossing and updated parking restrictions.
