The largest Christmas gift appeal in the UK - supported by the Yorkshire Evening Post - is back.
Mission Christmas returns for 2025 - and organisers need your help to make it another huge success.
Cash for Kids, the official charity of Hits Radio West Yorkshire, has kickstarted its annual appeal to listeners and locals to buy an extra gift and help thousands of disadvantaged children in West and North Yorkshire.
In 2024 Mission Christmas, backed by the YEP, collected gifts and cash donations to the tune of £14.8m.
They were distributed to make sure that 289,596 children and young people had something to open on Christmas Day.
Locally, this meant that 16,588 children in West and North Yorkshire were able to open a present on the big day.
