First pictures reveal landmark Leeds building's £3.5m transformation

These pictures reveal the stunning transformation of a Grade II listed Leeds landmark building to create new offices.
St Paul's House, which overlooks Park Square, has undergone a radical £3.5m overhaul.
The beautiful 19th-century building has been transformed into Grade A office space in the heart of the city centre.
Elizabeth Ridler, office agency partner at the Leeds office of Knight Frank, said: "St Paul's House, built in the Venetian style, is a much-loved Leeds landmark.
"Now the refurbishment is complete, it is a magnificent mixture of the old and the new.
